    Responsibilities

    We're seeking a Membership Outreach Coordinator to support our corporate fitness facility. The primary responsibilities of a Membership Outreach Coordinator are:

    • Acquire members and reach membership target goals
    • Generate leads, new membership sales and promotions
    • Sustain and support membership retention goals
    • Develop annual strategic plan for membership acquisition
    • Prepare and submit financial tracking reports
    • Perform Key Performance Indicator Reporting
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service and sales (fitness industry preferred)
    • Completed High School or equivalent

     

    • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Proven ability to increase sales revenue and generate new business
    • Ability to network and build relationships
    • Ability to think critically about membership strategies and create innovative ideas for acquisition
    • Strong communication, facilitation and organizational skills
    • Interest in the Health and Fitness field
    • Strong communication, networking skills and experience
    • Previous experience in event planning and marketing
