    EXOS partners with AccureParters to provide recruiting services to our business. In this role you will work directly for AccurePartners while working exclusively on the EXOS account.

    Responsibilities

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Manage the recruiting program for EXOS. Oversee day-to-day operations (implementing and managing the requisition /submittal process) while continuously driving delivery team performance.
    • Hire, train, and manage internal recruitment staff. Ensure team goals are met in areas including: Customer satisfaction, compliance, and team member performance.
    • Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with client stakeholders of the Client program.  Maintain an executive and professional presence that adds credibility and positive perception. Excellent credibility of the onsite is imperative to the success.
    • Manage the administration of daily, weekly, monthly reports for the client utilizing various software systems and databases, including iCIMS and Google Drive to ensure SLA’s are being met.
    • Initiate escalation and handle as appropriate both internally and the Hiring Manager.
    • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to recruit diverse talent for various Client facilities nationwide.


    Qualifications

    BACKGROUND PROFILE:

    • Experience in managing a vendor on-site program or account management role in a general staffing company, including supervisory experience of other Recruiters and Sourcers.
    • Excellent organization, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to effectively multi-task and function in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Candidates must exude professionalism, personal integrity and must be effective at presenting and possess excellent relationship building skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
