    We are currently seeking a Fitness Manager to join our team.


    As our new Fitness Manager you will be responsible for:

    • Establishing and maintaining a solid client relationship.
    • Development of annual strategic plan and attainment of short- and long-term program goals.
    • Budget management and reporting.
    • Hiring, training and supervision of full and part time staff; Staff development and performance management.
    • Successful management of personal training and group exercise programs and departments.
    • Providing mentorship to college interns.
    • Development, delivery and evaluation of health promotion, incentive and other specialty programs.
    • Performing fitness assessments, determining exercise prescriptions and conducting first workouts for a diverse population, including high risk exercise participants.
    • Supervising and monitoring exercise floor.
    • Providing administrative support to members, including membership enrollments, terminations and general inquiries.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    Required Qualifications: 

    • Minimum of 2 years management experience overseeing a large staff in hospitality/fitness industry 
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Related Field (Kinesiology, Exercise Science, etc.)
    • Current nationally recognized accredited personal training certification

    Preferred Qualifications: 

    •      Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
    •      CPR/AED certified or ability to obtain certifications prior to hire
