EXOS is looking to hire a Director Growth Effectiveness.
The Director of Growth Effectiveness will be accountable for implementing evaluation and reporting processes to measure the effectiveness of the growth organization (Business Development, Account Management, Channel Management & Marketing) strategies and initiatives to lead effort to continually improve results and sustain revenue and gross margin growth. The director will be responsible for management functions including CRM tool and execution, Pricing tool and methodology and Sales Effectiveness. The director will lead the Growth organization’s management process including development and production of management reporting to proactively manage risks and leverage opportunities.
