    EXOS is looking to hire a Director of Growth Effectiveness.

    The Director of Growth Effectiveness will be accountable for implementing evaluation and reporting processes to measure the effectiveness of the growth organization (Business Development, Account Management, Channel Management & Marketing) strategies and initiatives to lead effort to continually improve results and sustain revenue and gross margin growth.  The director will be responsible for management functions including CRM tool and execution, Pricing tool and methodology and Sales Effectiveness. The director will lead the Growth organization’s management process including development and production of management reporting to proactively manage risks and leverage opportunities.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • People Leadership:  Providing a vision, a plan, a process,  communication and recognition to enable, motivate and reward the team
    • Management Process:  Manage the CRM system, reporting metrics and meeting routine to measure and manage results, identify trends, develop forecasts and results outlook, evaluate impact of intervention, etc.
    • Opportunity Management:  Management of solution process for Bus Dev and Act Mgmt, pricing strategy and presentation and interface with Proposal Unit
    • Action Planning:  Development of interventions to correct unfavorable trends or leverage favorable momentum to improve sales effectiveness


    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 1 year working with CRM systems as a primary focus of the job, tracking and reporting on sales activities.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience working in business setting responsible for P&L measurement.


    Preferred Qualifications:


    • BA/BS degree
    • Financial acumen and working knowledge of fundamental finance metrics (e.g. Gross Margin, EBITDA, ROI)
    • Sales and Marketing experience
    • Sales process and management knowledge and working knowledge of distribution metrics (e.g. close ratio, persistency)
    • Communication:  Can articulate complex subject matter clearly and concisely, effective written skills and business case experience
