    Responsibilities

    We are looking for a Physical Therapy Coordinator to join our EXOS Team!

    EXOS is currently seeking a dynamic experienced Physical Therapy Coordinator to support the NFLPA Trust’s Pain Management Program.  This position would be responsible for coordinating treatment for former NFL players at the various EXOS Sports Medicine sites across the country.   

    Job Duties:

    • Educate former NFL players on the entry process to EXOS services through The NFLPA Trust Program.
    • Help coordinate physical therapy schedules for patients at various locations across the country
    • Work with internal EXOS Trust team to streamline referral process and communication with former player and Physical Therapy team.   
    • Ensure patients fully complete all relevant entry paperwork
    • Collect and organize patient data and progress reports
    • Assist in mid/end of year reporting of patient data

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
    • Minimum 2 yr. experience in an administrator/front desk role in a medical office (ie physician, physical therapy, chiropractor, dental office)
    • Excellent communication skills and organization
    • Coordinate internal and external communications in a professional and timely manner
    • Understanding of HIPAA Laws and Protected Health Information
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Sheet/Docs

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with an electronic medical records system preferred
    • Experience working with former/current professional athletes
