The Business Manager is responsible for resolving member issues, collecting on returned accounts, implementing and overseeing all financial transactions, operations, and reports, processing EFT/ACH transactions, submitting payroll reports, and acting as a point person for Active software operations.
This person will oversee the checks and balances related to daily financial transactions and software operations, and will support the GM and other staff with solutions to software issues.
This person is responsible for being fully knowledgeable about the Center and its operations, programs, and services.
