The Program Operations Coordinator will support administrative and business operations within a large corporate account. As a member of the larger operations team and reporting to the Program Operations Manager this person will work closely with several other program operations leaders to ensure systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Minimum 1 year operations or program coordination experience
Minimum 1 year proven ability to provide high quality customer service
Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently, or as a team, and proactively with minimum supervision
Confidence to critically assess, manage, and streamline systems and operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or the equivalent
Experience using MindBody Online business management software
Experience and/or subject matter expertise in group exercise or sports programming
Proven ability to build relationships
