    Responsibilities

    The Program Operations Coordinator will support administrative and business operations within a large corporate account. As a member of the larger operations team and reporting to the Program Operations Manager this person will work closely with several other program operations leaders to ensure systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently.

     

    • Support Manager with revenue tracking and growth for particular regions.
    • Provide regular reporting to inform program portfolio health; provide operational updates that showcase the impact and outcomes of key programs.
    • Support payroll, administration, and scheduling for both teammates as well as end users.
    • Recommend and execute key operational changes based on key metrics, data, business, and user needs.
    • Recommend, upgrade, and execute process and structure improvements across key program delivery areas.
    • Be a team leader - Help guide teammates to deliver the work while maintaining and growing the team culture.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree

    • Minimum 1 year operations or program coordination experience

    • Minimum 1 year proven ability to provide high quality customer service

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills

    • Ability to work independently, or as a team, and proactively with minimum supervision

    • Confidence to critically assess, manage, and streamline systems and operations

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or the equivalent

    • Experience using MindBody Online business management software

    • Experience and/or subject matter expertise in group exercise or sports programming

    • Proven ability to build relationships

    • Ambition, diligence, and passion for improving the lives of others
