    As a Project Manager at EXOS, you lead complex, multidisciplinary projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.  In addition to being the internal project lead, you are the face of EXOS to our client during the implementation period.  You manage project schedules and deliverables, communicate risks and goals, and ensure projects are implemented on time and to their fullest potential.  This Project Management position is focused on exclusively supporting a strategic EXOS account.


    As Project Manager, you will be accountable to develop and manage a comprehensive implementation plan for the delivery of EXOS projects and solutions.  You must be agile to support an ever-evolving project workload implementing facility and technology based solutions, as well as supporting strategic projects.  You are a team-player willing to develop partnerships across all departments with the goal of creating efficient best practices and bringing projects to life.


    You will be given significant latitude and responsibility in a fast grouping, entrepreneurial environment that requires propensity for action and an enthusiasm for helping people get healthier, perform at their best, and achieve more in life.  


    Position is based in the Sunnyvale, CA.



    • Manage project delivery to scope, schedule, and budget
    • Support overall project management status reporting and process
    • Manage and influence project team to meet business commitments
    • Actively engage with business partners, client liaisons, and EXOS teams – each at the appropriate level of detail and frequency
    • Coordinate the status, tracking, and communication of all project change
    • Understand business priorities and strategies
    • Manage day-to-day activities for project delivery
    • Proactively perform risk mitigation and escalate issues within appropriate time frame
    • Continuously develop, define, and support project management tools, processes and infrastructure


    Basic Qualifications:

    • Required Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher
    • Prior Project experience required. 3+ years of experience working on projects / programs serving successfully in positions of major responsibilities such as a Project Manager.
    • Proficient in Project Management tools / software

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Passionate about human performance, fitness, and wellness
    • Formal Project Management Training (i.e. PMP, PMI etc.)
    • Project Management Skills: Capable of successfully directing project planning, development and implementation according to cost, schedule, and scope requirements.
    • People Management Skills: Manage cross-functional teams responsible for delivering high-quality project outputs on time and within budget. Ensures appropriate management, customer, and supplier involvement throughout the life of the project.
    • Customer Interface Skills: As a primary customer interface, must be able to listen to and understand customer expectations and concerns, and assure customer project is being executed effectively.
    • Excellent business management and developmental skills
    • Creative thinker with a bias for action
    • Ability to work well under pressure
    • Ability to coordinate efforts and dependencies between multiple teams
    • Excellent organizational skills, able to set priorities, and responsive to customer requests
    • Demonstrated ability to execute results against strategy and meet critical deadlines
    • Demonstrates business knowledge, strategic perspective, and ethical behavior
    • Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic
    • Financial management skills
    • Excellent presentation and communications skills
