    Responsibilities

    We're seeking an Assistant Membership Manager to join our team. As our new Assistant Membership Manager you will:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the membership team including; greeting members, handling membership enrollments, cancellations and inquiries
    • Providing support in the development of reports, presentations and staff, as required by management
    • Create awareness of the Center through outreach and connectivity
    • Deliver an exceptional customer service experience for members
    • Sustain and support membership retention through member engagement
    • Instruct group exercise classes
    • Assist the Membership Manager with strategic planning and reporting
    • Select, mentor and supervise staff at the site
    • Manage kids room
    • Other duties as required

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications: 

    •      Bachelor's Degree (exercise related field)

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    •      Prior experience leading group exercise classes preferred
    •      1 – 3 years of experience in a fitness environment (supervisory experience preferred)
    •      CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or ability to obtain certifications
