    We are looking for an experienced leader to drive sustaining and dramatic growth through our ancillary fee-for-service programming across a collection of our employer and community sites (over 250 locations).

    You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team across the organization to define and align long-term strategy that generates value for all parties. You will help define the futurevision of health and performance while focusing on operational excellence to build both the present and the future.



    Own the business

    • Responsible for successful P&L performance for the EXOS fee for service programming across all sites
    • Lead business strategy to drive revenue and margin growth, product differentiation, and innovation
    • Ensure service execution that delivers high customer satisfaction, and unparallel outcomes to the populations we are responsible serving

    Design the services

    • In partnership with the EXOS Solutions team, develop enterprise solutions for personal training, small group training, specialty group exercise programming, massage therapy and other fee for service offerings for the site members
    • Effectively leverage EXOS methodology, products, and partnerships in the development of differentiated offerings.
    • Create delivery standards and team level training to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction

    Drive the program success

    • Implement planning tools and provide resources to support onsite fee for service activation and engagement
    • Partner with EXOS onsite teams to develop site level goals and measurements to ensure enterprise success
    • Establish clear performance metrics and reporting to evaluate success and impact
    • Proactively identify areas of poor performance and work with area leaders to drive improvement
    • Partner with marketing and other EXOS teams to provide effective strategies and tools to drive program participation and engagement

    Create the new

    • Closely explore, monitor, and evaluate industry and consumer trends for future fee for service opportunities and program innovation and evolution


    Required Qualifications:


    • Minimum of 8 years of experience leading and managing direct to consumer program sales in health & fitness, or a related industry
    • Minimum of 5 years managing cross-discipline teams of various sizes
    • College-level degree that has direct application to the job duties described above


    Preferred Qualifications:


    • Experience leading the development and delivery of consumer fee-for-service programs for a national multi-site organization
    • You are a natural leader with experience managing multidisciplinary teams
    • Proven experience of driving high levels of customer satisfaction that resulted in enhanced financial performance for the organization

    Proven track record of:


    • Leading and growing enterprise level fee for service programming
    • Breaking down complex challenges into actionable steps
    • Facilitating process improvement across multi-site operations
    • Experience building an informed strategic plan for market expansion
    • Fostering relationships, influencing others, and collaborating both internally and externally at all organizational levels
    • Experience supporting a diverse group of clients and team needs while creating standard offerings that deliver success
    • Demonstrated measurable success through sustained business growth
    • Proven track record of meeting deliverables and implementing creative solutions to grow a business
    • Comfortable with a fast pace dynamic work environment
    • Innovative mindset
