    • Provide support to the overall operations of the Fitness Center through projects; providing customer service and rotations of work in each department
    • Provide legendary customer service and create an excellent member experience throughout
    • Maintain a safe, clean and organized working environment in all areas
    • Collaborate with each department on a scheduled monthly rotation
    • Learn processes and systems in each department; provide feedback and improvement solutions
    • Work collaboratively with fitness and community center department managers to promote and cross-sell programs
    • Attend meetings and development seminars as required
    • Help maintain systems data and operations, ensuring the member experience is smooth
    • Become an expert in our systems to support future additions and improvements to our offerings
    • Providing support in the development of reports and presentations, as required by management  
    • Complete research, proposals and projects as assigned
    • Manage necessary vendor relationships and bidding for projects or technology solutions
    • Assist in recruiting efforts as needed
    • Assist in Sales as needed
    • Become a subject matter expert of the EXOS Experience; including Methodology, Products and Services
    • Participate in center activities, programs and spaces to understand and improve the member experience
    • Run off-site errands and provide other administrative support as needed
    • Assist with training employees and/or members on offerings, tools, perks, and services as appropriate
    • Act as an interim coordinator or manager as assigned
    • Scheduling flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to support programming
    • Report to the Assistant Director and mentor under each department’s manager in rotation
    • Assignments will vary

    • Proficiency with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, email, calendar, internet) and/or Google products (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, etc.) is desired
    • Familiarity with CRMs and databases is a plus
    • Ability to stand for several hours in the same shift and lift up to 40lbs.

    Required Qualifications

    • B.A. degree or higher

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 2+ years customer service experience is desired
    • 1+ years of management experience is preferred
    • Experience in a health club setting is a plus
    • Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications preferred (willingness to obtain if hired is acceptable)
