    We are looking for a Research Associate to join our team! As our new Research Associate you will:

    • Execute research protocols and related activities
    • Work with EXOS Research team to execute quality assurance procedures to ensure data integrity, adherence to confidentiality/HIPAA standards and study/program protocols
    • Become knowledgeable of data integrity, confidentiality, and study/program protocols
    • Provide administrative support to research staff as needed
    • Make recommendations for improvements to process, protocol, and materials
    • Data entry and transcription of survey (open text), interview, and focus group data
    • Participate in research activities, staff training, audits and product evaluations, as needed
    • Perform additional duties as assigned



    Required Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor’s degree required

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong time management skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Team player with ability to work autonomously
    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with great attention to detail
    • Experience executing protocols
    • Knowledge of best practices for research, data integrity and confidentiality/HIPAA standards
    • Experience with data entry and transcription
    • Ability to adapt in fast-paced environment
    • Ability to meet deadlines
    • Ability to learn new software programs
    • Proficient in: Word, Excel, Access
