We focus on movement and injury-prevention strategies that service members can apply to both combat and noncombat situations, supporting career longevity without deteriorating their bodies.



    • Conduct student performance profiles to determine current physical condition
    • Provide individualized and tailored training programs to get individuals to an increased fitness level
    • Work with individuals to increase fitness levels and develop a fitness lifestyle that will stay with them across their career
    • Use biometric data to recommend changes to work outs and refocus individual efforts in order to increase the efficiency of individual work outs, minimize the likelihood of injuries in preparation for and during training events, and overall success in training



    Real-time biometric monitoring to track individuals’ vitals in preparation for, during, and in recovery from training events in order to identify individuals having issues


    Required Qualifications:

    • 3-10 years experience
    • BA/BS or MA/MS

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience developing and implementing training plans in strength, conditioning and/or nutrition
    • Design and conduct training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance
