We are looking for a high-energy Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be responsible for professionally assisting customers with scheduling, inquiries, providing information, identifying customer needs and effectively building a relationship with our referrers, patients and their families.
The CSR will schedule and confirm appointments, greet & register patients, answer phones, ensure accurate patient insurance information, explain billing procedures, prepare/file patient charts, process notes and medical records and assist with financial recording and statistical reporting.
