Responsibilities

EXOS is seeking a Soccer Coach to join our team. As our new Soccer Coach you will:

 

  • Work with children and/or teenagers to improve coordination, soccer skills and coach competitive play
  • Prepare lesson/game plans and teach programs specific to soccer that encourage skill development and progression
  • Maintain all soccer equipment
  • Develop, drive, and promote soccer league participation

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification
  • Previous experience coaching children’s soccer
  • Previous experience with individual and small group instruction for all ages.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Outstanding communication skills which include the ability to use clear and concise written and oral language in all aspects of professional interaction with players, their families, peers, and the larger community
  • At least one year successful league coordination experience
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic personality and excellent communication skills
