Responsibilities

We're seeking an Aquatics and Youth Program Manager to join our team. As our new Aquatics and Youth Program Manager you will:

  • Recruit, hire and train all Aquatic staff
  • Manage pool areas and maintain staff coverage of pool areas
  • Develop, manage and grow all aquatics programs including youth swim club and swimming lessons for kids through adults
  • Assist with kids camp programming and manage kids camp aquatics 
  • Manage ongoing youth programs (both in the water and on land)

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  •  Minimum of an AA degree required, Bachelor's preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPR/AED, First Aid certifications or ability to obtain certifications upon hire
  • Lifeguard and Lifeguard Training certifications or ability to obtain certifications upon hire
  • 2+ years of management experience in hospitality/fitness industry
  • 2+ years of experience as a Lifeguard or Swim Instructor
