We're seeking a Payroll Clerk to join our team on a temporary basis. As our new Payroll Analyst you will:


  • Assist with processing payroll for nearly 3000 employees across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Make requests for stop payments, process off cycle payments and reimbursements as needed.
  • Follow up on tickets from our software solutions centers to resolve issues promptly.
  • Research, troubleshoot and respond to a wide range of inquiries related to payroll and time & attendance.
  • Obtaining approval of time cards and solving any discrepancies.
  • May have to travel to the expansion of new sites to:

-Train managers on how to process the payroll responsibilities of their business.

-Configure time clocks for site launches.

-Train new managers to train on payroll and timesheets.

  • Monitor and respond to payroll related questions from employees.
  • Learn how to create reports, Dayforce, Ultipro, 401k systems as needed.
  • Provide support to the Payroll team members, Human Resources Dept and all levels of the business.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Responsible for assisting payroll vendor with researching and resolving any tax agency delinquencies and discrepancies.
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee inquiries.
  • Provide customer service to all levels of employees in both corporate and facility locations.
  • Assist with projects as needed.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of prior payroll experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Minimum of 6 months experience with Dayforce/Ceredian HRIS Payroll Software


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must maintain a calm and professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills required.
  • Ability to work independently, as a team, proactively with minimum supervision, and must be detail-oriented.
  • Must be able to maintain highly confidential data.
  • Must have highly developed human relations, well written and oral communication, and strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word, Google Sheets, Google Mail, Ceridian Dayforce and Ultipro is helpful.
