Responsibilities

EXOS is seeking a Wrestling Coach to join our team. As our new Wrestling Coach you will:

  • Instruct children and/or teenagers on the rules, regulations, equipment, and techniques of the sport
  • Prepare practice agendas
  • Organize and direct individuals and small group practice activities/exercises
  • Maintain all wrestling equipment
  • Develop, drive, and promote wrestling participation
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification
  • Previous experience coaching children’s wrestling
  • Previous experience with individual and small group instruction for all ages

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Outstanding communication skills which include the ability to use clear and concise written and oral language in all aspects of professional interaction with players, their families, peers, and the larger community
  • At least one year successful league coordination experience
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic personality and excellent communication skills
