We're seeking a Membership Sales Consultant to join our team during our exciting grand re-opening!


The primary responsibilities of a Membership Sales Consultant are to:


  • A membership sales consultant will be an expert in sales, customer support, and member experience for the membership base.
  • Manage their own productivity and performance, lead tracking systems, sales processes, systems, and tools
  • Develop strategy and plans for outreach and lead generating activities; and ensure execution on those plans on an annual, monthly, weekly and daily basis
  • Develop and implement contingency plans, making certain that individual and team objectives are achieved
  • Respond to telephone, walk-ins and e-mail membership inquiries; book and maintain accurate records
  • Provide all potential members and guests with an exceptional and informative facility presentation based on individual needs; Empower and educate on the benefits of health and wellness as well as incorporating all of the features of the facility
  • Report membership sales results as requested by Membership Sales Manager and General Manager
  • Implement strategy for corporate and group membership sales
  • Achieve individual and team membership sales goals
  • Work closely with fitness team to ensure successful on-boarding of new members
  • Innovate ways to retain members and increase usage of facility
  • Create community presence by actively engaging in community events and organizations


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of Customer Service experience

  • Sales/membership experience and demonstration of meeting and exceeding goals    
  • Dynamic personality: Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly & personable
  • Ability to multi-task; Goal-oriented and self-directed
  • Ability to connect with, inspire and motivate others with strong listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professionalism: polished appearance and phone manner
  • Flexibility: able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
