Responsibilities

We're seeking a Wellness Coordinator to join our team. The Wellness Coordinator's duties will include:

  • Assist with design and development of detailed strategic plan for outcomes focused health and productivity management programs 
  • Provide hands-on engagement with participants including programming (i.e. wellness challenges) and health coaching
  • Develop plan for and disseminate cutting edge health and wellness communications using all available resources
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external program stakeholders
  • Manage and prioritize multiple requests and projects simultaneously
  • Track and measure program outcomes and communicate results to key stakeholders
  • Develop budget and strategic plan for the overall program and various targeted interventions
  • Work collaboratively with the J and Florida Blue on other community outreach initiatives
  • Assist with the coordination of wellness committee activities, providing tactical support and coordination for monthly onsite health promotion programs
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications : 

  •  Bachelors Degree in Health Promotion or a Wellness related discipline (nutrition, exercise science, etc);
  •  Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate or group wellness program management

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Masters Degree preferred
  • Excellent leadership, written and oral communication, and presentation skills required
  • Proficient in technology applications: Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Docs
