    We are looking for a Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our team!


    The dedicated Director of Strategic Partnerships is an exciting role leading EXOS' engagement with fast growing strategic partners who we support with a range of services and capabilities both domestically and internationally. The dedicated Director will work closely with both EXOS and client leadership to define and align long term strategy designed to generate value for our client and the EXOS enterprise. This dedicated role will be embedded deeply in a unique strategic client environment providing the opportunity to synthesize key learning back into the EXOS enterprise to influence strategy and growth.


    As our Director of Strategic Partnership you will:


    • Lead a team of Managers as a champion of operational excellence for a unique line of business
    • Lead multiple strategic initiatives and ensure team delivers on financial commitments and goals
    • Own and drive business strategy by outlining direction and goals of initiatives based on business needs
    • Create and maintain annual strategic plan and lead the team and stakeholders through strategic planning process
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal customers and external partners to influence project teams and gain consensus on the selection of the most viable solutions
    • Establish and foster strategic relationships with functional leadership across the organization
    • Design framework for strategic plan and develop strategy for sales growth, product differentiation and innovation
    • Identify and address problems/issues that exist or emerge in stakeholder relationships to ensure productive long-term partnerships, as appropriate.
    • Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards
    • Oversee and evaluate market research and adjusts business strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
    • Develop and analyze performance scorecard and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements


    Key Areas/Objectives for Director - Strategic Partnerships success:

    Strategic Planning


    • Ability to co-create a long term vision in close collaboration with client stakeholders to maximize partnership alignment and value creation for both EXOS and client
    • Capable of translating vision into a defined and documented strategic plan to align the organization at all levels
    • Proven skills to influence strategic alignment as demonstrated by the ability to localize a plan at multiple organizational levels and functional domains
    • Communication skills that welcome the integration of different perspectives while maintaining alignment across EXOS and client priorities


    Relationship Management


    • Establish value of role to client decision-makers as a trusted consultant on the evolution of the program and partnership structure with EXOS
    • Build and extend the depth and breadth of relationships at strategic and executive levels
    • Serve as a main point of contact for client account representatives to assure practices align with business objectives and provide expertise to execute the implementation of EXOS and client vision and strategy
    • Demonstrate leadership via consistency with onsite presence and a strong focus on customer care, partnering touch points, and swift issue resolution
    • Develop and maintain optimal client relationships through proactive client communication and culture of action


    Innovation and Creativity


    • Comfortable operating in a fast paced environment that includes ambiguity and uncertainty
    • Able to navigate EXOS and client organization independently in order to seek input across a wide variety of stakeholders and functional experts to facilitate the innovation process
    • Oversee the strategic implementation and evaluation of innovative initiatives to optimize user experience, measurably contribute to client health and productivity objectives, and result in improved outcomes
    • Using EXOS capabilities/products, create solutions to solve the clients problems or address needs or opportunities.


    Required Qualifications:


    • Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts,  business or a similar field
    • Minimum of 5 years client facing experience working in related industry


    Preferred Qualifications:


    • 3 or more years managing a team
    • Managing a strategic or national account relationship P&L
    • Strategic planning experience - business plan, framework, setting objectives and competitive analysis
    • Comfortable with a fast pace dynamic work environment
    • Possess an innovative mindset
    • Experienced and comfortable presenting project deliverables to leadership both written and verbal
    • Demonstrate success/achievement with sustained business growth
    • Have a strong track record of meeting deliverables and implementing creative solutions to grow a business
