  • Overview

    The Director of Account Management for the EXOS Healthcare division is responsible for developing long-term relationships with our healthcare clients. This position should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships. This position reports directly to the Senior Director- Powered By. This is a full-time position with a base salary plus incentive compensation.



    Customer Relations/Account Management

    Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success

    Develop positive relationships with clients

    Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs

    Manage and solve problems; have specific information regarding daily operations of the Company and keep the Client updated.

    Business Strategy

    Remain in tune with client strategy and track progress against it

    Develops innovative ideas to assist and drive client initiatives

    Provide laser focus on strategy and be up to speed on industry trends

    Account Growth

    Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks

    Seek creative opportunities within the healthcare system to expand EXOS footprint


    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship building, collaborative, and analytical skills with a customer focus

    Independently motivated and driven to achieve high goals and seek continuous improvement in knowledge and skills.

    Organizational skills/multi-tasking ability

    Understanding your client's business and needs

    Knowledge of healthcare infrastructure and ability to navigate


    Collaborative and strategic mindset


    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field
    • 7 years in an account management role or 2 years in Healthcare related industry.
    • Requires the ability to travel in the service area on a regular basis


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in related field
    • Progressive healthcare sales experience in a multi-site healthcare organization strongly preferred.  
    •  Strong analytical skill set
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to present professionally
    • Results driven
