    Benefit Coordinator Responsibilities

    1. Benefit HSA and 401(k) Uploads – 4-5 hours/week
      1. Pull reports, manipulate excel data, upload correct files in vendor systems
    2. Benefit Billing – 8 hours/month
      1. Pull billing from vendors’ systems, audit, send to AP to pay
      2. Certain billing requires entries to calculate billing
    3. 401(k) Weekly Data Entries – 1 hour/week
      1. Pull report from vendor’s system, data entry into HRISs
    4. Healthiest You New Hires and Terms – 2 hours/month
      1. Data entry into vendor system/upload
    5. COBRA Terms – 2 hours/month
      1. Data entry into vendor system


    *This position is part-time at about 15 hours/week with a flexible schedule.


    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years experience working in Human Resources with benefits experience
    • Minimum of associates degree



    • Expert excel skills, able to create formulas, vlookups, pivot tables, etc
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Results oriented and able to multi-task
    • Basic understanding of benefit plans, benefit administration
    • Ability to work successfully using the internet, HR systems and excel reporting on a daily basis
