We're seeking a Membership Sales Manager to lead our fitness center! As our new Membership Sales Manager you will:
- Manage EXOS Lead Tracking Systems
- Develop strategy and plans for outreach and sales team marketing activities and ensure execution on those plans on an annual, monthly, weekly and daily basis
- Respond to telephone, walk-ins and e-mail membership inquiries; book and maintain accurate appointment schedules for potential members to tour the club
- Provide all potential members and guests with an enthusiastic and informative facility presentation based on individual needs, empowering and educating on the benefits of health and wellness as well as incorporating all of the features of the facility
- Recruit, hire and train all sales staff
- Report membership sales results as requested by General Manager and/or Regional Director
- Develop strategy for corporate and group membership sales
- Achieve membership sales goals
- Work closely with fitness team to ensure successful on-boarding of new members

EXOS is currently looking to add a Performance Dietitian to join our team. Only candidates who are currently RD certified will be considered. This person must be results driven, able to perform the following job requirements and possess the following skills and credentials:
- Perform nutrition evaluations for clients and meal plans according to EXOS Guidelines
- Be willing and flexible to travel across EXOS sites and clients as needed
- Document and develop nutritional and supplementation plans for our client
- Conduct body composition testing, maintain data base, follow progress of client to ensure they meet and or exceed their goals

As our new Personal Trainer you will:
- Provide excellent customer service and help to maintain a positive user experience in the gym
- Work 1:1 and in small groups with clients to help them define and meet their fitness and health goals

- Work with the personal training team to continue to expand the team's knowledge and ability to perform

While the majority of the Performance Specialist’s job will have a strong emphasis on coaching and program delivery, other job requirements may include:
- Instructing, motivating, and assisting athletes and clients in a safe, legal, moral, ethical manner to achieve their goals
- Conducting on-site assessments of athletes and clients utilizing our proprietary evaluation protocols
- Updating training plans and/or re-evaluating athletes and clients as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintaining constant communication with athletes and clients to ensure goals are being met
- Partnering with the employer to conduct various client engagement and educational activities and events

Learning Opportunities:
Each of our locations may offer a slightly different internship opportunity, however interns will generally gain experience in conducting fitness testing and evaluation, providing safe and effective exercise programs and group exercise, assisting in planning and implementation of health promotion and incentive programs, high risk member management, and program administration. Some locations may also provide exposure to injury prevention and on-site rehabilitation. As a corporate wellness intern you will be responsible for assisting your manager and site-based team in the management of our client’s onsite wellness and fitness programs. To be successful as an intern you must feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will demand an organized individual with a desire to learn the Corporate Wellness and Fitness industry. Interns will also have the opportunity to gain their EXOS Fitness Specialist Certification (XFS).
